Welcome! I am the David Belding Professor of Law and a Professor of Economics (by courtesy) at Georgetown University. My research interests lie primarily in decision theory and related fields in microeconomics, such as game theory and information economics, and their intersections with law and regulation.

During the 2025-2026 academic year, I am serving as Interim Dean and Executive Vice President of Georgetown University Law Center.
